Business Administrative Solutions, Inc. (BAS) was formed in December 2004 to help small businesses grow, by providing high-quality general management solutions ranging from customized planning to the implementation of flexible administrative services, at very reasonable costs to the clients. The Company’s leadership team has over 75 years of corporate experience, led by Zeno D. Edwards, who is the founder and General Manager of Business Administrative Solutions, Inc. It was the great experience that Zeno received from Xerox Corporation where he worked for 19 years, that inspired his vision to form Business Administrative Solutions, a company capable of helping small and medium sized businesses flourish in a global economy

 

Biographies of the BAS Leadership Team

Zeno D. Edwards, founder of Business Administrative Solution, Inc., a company that helps small businesses flourish by providing high quality general management consulting services and flexible administrative solutions, has a passion for making an impact on the community by helping   entrepreneurs  establish and grow their businesses.

During his illustrious corporate career, Zeno held several high profile leadership positions in 3 Fortune 500 companies: Pepsi Cola Group, Xerox Corporation and Bank of America. He is most proud of the experience and knowledge that he gained from Xerox Corporation, where he earned the reputation as a turnaround expert in both the finance and sales areas. He has consistently directed and guided various organizations through change, revitalization and accelerated growth.

Zeno gained his expertise in business planning from Xerox Corporation, where he built operating and strategic plans for operations in 40 major U.S. cities and 13 countries, while serving as a controller on three different levels:  Regional, National and International

As a Sales Operations General Manager for Xerox Business Services, Los Angeles, Zeno accepted full P&L responsibility for a $55 million sales budget and the management of over 400 employees. Zeno achieved the prestigious “President’s Award” for transforming a perennial last place operation into the number 1 ranking organization in the nation (out of 40 operations) for balanced performance, thus validating his marketing and sales skills.

Zeno holds a Bachelors of Science and Commerce degree in accounting and Masters of Business Administration degree in marketing. Also, he is six sigma certified and is a two time winner of the Malcolm Baldridge Total Quality Award.

As a way of giving back to the community, Zeno currently serves as an Adjunct Professor at a local university in Charlotte, North Carolina. He has taught various undergraduate business courses including marketing and small business management, since 2005.
